Covid-19 Policy
Updated June 7, 2025
The health and safety of our community remain a top priority. In light of the evolving nature of COVID-19, we have updated our policy to reflect current conditions while preserving flexibility for future changes.
Current Requirements
Proof of a Negative COVID-19 Test is Required for Entry
All attendees must present proof of a negative rapid antigen or PCR test taken within 24 hours of arrival.
You must provide a photo of a negative rapid test taken within 24 hours of arrival with our ‘code word’, or a PCR test prior to arrival. For photos of tests, we will send a code word via email to all registered guests. The word you use is dependent on the day you will be checking in to the party. The code words will be emailed Wednesday (for people arriving Thursday), Thursday (for people arriving Friday), and Friday (for people arriving Saturday).
The only alternative to this is if you have results of a negative PCR test. Do not bring a used rapid test to registration.
Vaccination is Not Required at This Time
We are no longer requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination for attendance. However, we reserve the right to reinstate vaccination requirements in response to public health guidance or emerging variants. Should this occur, we will notify all attendees as soon as possible.
Why This Change?
We upheld our prior vaccination-and-testing policy for as long as we did out of deep care for our guests and staff. As conditions and guidance continue to shift, we’re updating our approach to strike a balance between caution and adaptability. We continue to monitor expert recommendations closely.
Additional Health Guidelines
If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not attend the party.
If symptoms develop during the event, please remove yourself from the party space, return to your room (if staying on-site), and notify the event organizers.
Masks are not required, but are welcomed. As always, you are encouraged to advocate for your own safety and comfort, including masking preferences as part of consent conversations.
We appreciate your understanding and partnership as we navigate these changes together and continue to prioritize the well-being of everyone in our community.
